Online Genius and Data Solutions LLP Announce Merger

Creating the largest skip tracing interface in the business

12/24/2022 OnlineGenius a data mining company and Data Solutions, LLP a data integration company announced their merger today, creating an industry leader in online skip tracing resources. The company will create a new name and the name that is not yet announced.

The C.E.O will be Thomas Butter the current CEO of Data Solutions which has nearly 20+ years of experience in data migration. The headquarters for the combined company will be at the current Data Solutions facility in New York City.

Ed Kearns the founder of OnlineGenius will stay on the board of directors and will oversee the web development division of the company. Mr. Kearns has nearly 18+ years of experience in web development and digital marketing.

The new company will be the leading online resource for law enforcement, financial community, and asset recovery professionals in attempting to locate debtors, targets of criminal investigations and verify target’s identity.
